He had a great time playing with all the ribbons, but was even more excited when I showed him he could open the presents.

I wish there was sound with these pictures, because he was so excited.  "WOW... WOW!  WOOOOW!"

This last picture cracks me up.   After he opened the three books he was so excited.  He looked through the wrapping paper pile to see if there were more, and made this face when he realized that there weren't.  It only lasted for a second, so I was thrilled that AJ got it on camera.

Anyhow, this was the only birthdaylicious part of his day, as I was so very sick that we didn't do a thing that I felt we should have.  Good thing my mother is on the ball and sent these presents to us, or he would not have had anything.  Stay tuned for his 25th (or 26th) month birthday party!

Walter my boy, don't get too cozy in the lime-light. You will soon be sharing the stage, as well as your toys... Yes folks, we are expecting another addition to our family. Due sometime between the beginning or the middle of December—depending if you go by the digital measuring stick or by a mother's intuition (common sense and a calendar).
